These terms apply whenever you use any AppAsset tool — the icon generator, screenshot generator, QR code generator, URL shortener, image compressor, image converter, or PDF compressor (together, "the tools") — and to the optional donation feature. By using a tool, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.
Unlike most of the other tools, the URL shortener stores data on our server so redirects can work: the destination URL, the short code, and a click count. Don't use it to shorten links to illegal, infringing, or deceptive content — we reserve the right to disable any short link that violates this.
The "Buy me a coffee" feature accepts voluntary, one-time donations processed by Razorpay. Donations are not payment for a product or service, come with no guaranteed features or support in return, and are non-refundable except where required by law or at our discretion. We are not responsible for issues arising from Razorpay's payment processing itself.
AppAsset is provided free of charge, as a set of browser-based utilities for generating app icons, store screenshots, QR codes, short links, and for compressing/converting images and PDFs. There is no account system and no paid tier — what you see is what's available.
Anything you upload — images, logos, screenshots, or text you type in — remains yours. You're responsible for making sure you have the necessary rights to upload and use that content, including any trademarks, photos, or copyrighted material. AppAsset claims no ownership over anything you create or upload, and grants you no rights beyond what you already had over your own material.
You're free to use, publish, and submit the icons, screenshots, and QR codes you generate to app stores, websites, or anywhere else, without attribution to AppAsset. We don't retain copies of what you generate once you've downloaded it.
The tool is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We aim to keep every export accurate to current Apple, Google, and web platform specifications, but app store, play store, and platform requirements change over time and without notice. Always confirm the current requirements with App Store Connect or the Play Console before a submission, and treat AppAsset's sizing as a strong starting point rather than a guarantee of acceptance.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AppAsset and its developer are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the tool, including a rejected app store submission, lost content, or downtime.
The tool loads a small number of open-source libraries and web fonts from third-party content delivery networks to function. Their availability is outside our control; if one of them is temporarily unreachable, part of the tool may not work until it's restored.
Please don't use AppAsset to generate assets for content that is illegal, infringes someone else's rights, or is intended to mislead, defraud, or harm others — including QR codes that route to malicious or deceptive destinations.
Features may be added, changed, or removed over time, and these terms may be updated to reflect that. Continued use of the tool after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
